What we build
Monarch reads across the systems you already run, computes on what it reads, and puts every action in front of a human before it happens. Nothing is migrated. The software goes to the data.
The ontology is the part that matters. It is the model of your business, the entities, the rules and the words your operators actually use, held as something you own and can inspect rather than as weights inside a rented model. It is what makes an answer traceable back to the fact it came from.

Where it runs
Monarch installs inside your infrastructure, under your accounts, your keys and your jurisdiction. We operate no hosting for your data. That single fact settles most of what a security committee asks.
It is never shared: one deployment, one ontology, one organisation. Who can see what is enforced by the database itself rather than by application code that could be bypassed. And it can run fully closed, with no outside model and no outside network, against a model you host yourself, which is a setting you can verify from your own network rather than a promise we make.

Compliance
Galahad is a French company and Monarch is built to be operated under European law. The deployment model is what carries the compliance: your infrastructure, your jurisdiction, your accreditation covering the environment you install into. GDPR and the AI Act are met on those terms, and every control is named rather than asserted.
